A Fall Mini Session with a View
Butler Metro Park sits right along the water with the Austin skyline behind you, and on a clear fall evening it’s one of the best backdrops in the city. The Effingers brought the whole crew — Kimberly and Isaiah, their three kids ranging from nine to mid-twenties, and two dogs who had their own opinions about the whole thing. The fall colors were still hanging around just enough to fill in the background, and the sunset did exactly what you hope it does.
A Family That Knows How to Laugh
Kimberly described her family as fun and creative, and that came through pretty quickly. This is not a group that needs to be coaxed into a good time. There were funny faces, there were moments that nobody planned, and there were photos that are sure to make them smile looking back. That’s the good stuff.
We got the group shots, the individual moments, and a few with the dogs that may or may not have gone according to plan. All of it was perfect if you ask me, and I hope they loved their photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
