Reese’s Senior Story
Reese Burnham’s presence is subtle but unforgettable, the kind that grows on you with every moment. Quiet, observant, and absolutely genuine, she’s not the one yelling for attention in a crowd. But give her a second, and you’ll realize she’s the one you actually want to be talking to.
Her mom described her as kind, gentle, and reserved, and you can feel that energy the minute you meet her. Reese has this calming presence that makes people (and dogs… lots of dogs) instantly trust her. And honestly? “Pet whisperer” might be underselling it. If there’s a dog within a ten-mile radius, it will find her.
For her session, Reese brought her two dogs, a lab and a dachshund, which felt like the most natural thing in the world. She also wanted to find flowers and steer clear of anything that felt too model-y or posed. We built her session around that vibe: soft, moody colors with the occasional pop of boldness; quiet moments full of emotion. Think Bella Swan meets beach day in Seaside, FL.
The Confidence Era
Reese said she wanted her photos to feel “aesthetic and confident,” like she was stepping into her main character energy, but make it introvert edition. She’s not flashy, but she is strong. She’s resilient. Her mom said it best: “Graduating high school with a remarkable GPA while hating every minute of it? That’s grit.”
She’s been through the emotional messiness of big transitions, like when her older sister left for college and the realization hit: they might never live together full-time again. It’s that kind of vulnerability, mixed with empathy and honesty, that makes Reese such a layered and magnetic human.
A Few Fun Facts
- Fave Snacks: Reese’s PB cups, BBQ chips, and basically any kind of cheese.
- SNL reruns are her go-to laugh source.
- Superpower of choice: Never getting nervous. (Relatable.)
- Teleportation destination? Summer beach, always.
- One thing people get wrong? Underestimating her movie knowledge. She’s not just watching, she’s analyzing. Film major energy, minus the pretension.
- Karaoke moment that lives rent-free in her mind: Singing Tennessee Whiskey with her best friend at a swing bar in Mexico.
When asked how her best friend would describe her? Loyal. The kind of loyal that shows up, checks in, and stays solid… even when life isn’t. And if you ask what her perfect day looks like? Think sleeping in until 1pm, movies, dogs, and friends. Basically: peak cozy girl energy with a little mischief on the side.

The Early Days
There’s a memory her mom shared—one of those tiny kid moments that somehow sums up a whole personality. Right before turning four, Reese ran up to her mom, beaming: “Momma! I’m almost gettin’ four!” That pure joy? Still there.
And even though she’s traded toddler pigtails for effortlessly cool Kate Moss/Radiohead/Kyoto-core vibes, that big-hearted joy still bubbles up when she’s in her element—on a beach, surrounded by dogs, or absolutely not studying for a major at Colorado State just yet.
A Note From Mom
“Reese, being your mom is the top honor of my life. I love you so much and I cannot wait to see what you do next. I am with you every step of the way.”

Congratulations, Reese!
You’ve worked hard, stayed true to yourself, and made it through high school with grace, grit, and a quietly fierce spirit. Whatever comes next, whether it’s long beach walks, more karaoke in Mexico, or chasing your dream (with dogs in tow, obviously), you’ve already got everything it takes.
Congrats, Reese! You deserve to celebrate!
