Christmas Mini Sessions

Best for families of four or five. Larger Families should book two back to back.

For the Studio/Indoor Mini, there is no change because we are protected! For the Outdoor Tree Farm Mini, the rain date will be a set date and time TBD by September 15th at the time booking is released.

Not for Christmas mini sessions, but yes for fall mini sessions! You can find those here.

Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks. You’ll get a link to select and download your holiday images, plus options for gallery upgrades and holiday card designs.

One will be at the Lodgewell Office in East Austin and the other is Evergreen Tree Farm in Elgin, Texas right out side of Austin.

I always suggest Christmas colors that you like, but you can go with gold accents or even other colors white and blue, but really anything that feels like you. Read more about my recommendations here with the family photo style guide.

Honestly, no one’s kids “behave” for an entire photoshoot. That’s why I use fun games and prompts to keep things moving. The most important part is you show up to play and have fun with your kids. You can read more about my take on behavior at a photoshoot here.

Mini sessions are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or sell your spot to a friend. I will only reschedule for rain with outdoor locations.

I do offer some props to Christmas mini sessions, but they are dependent on the location. That said, you’re welcome to bring along something meaningful if you’d like! I recommend keeping it simple since I’ll already have a few fun activities planned to keep things relaxed and natural. If there’s something specific you have in mind, just ask me in your questionnaire… I may already have something similar we can use!
