Maternity & Family Photography at Pioneer Farms in Austin, Texas
When this family reached out about doing their family photos they asked to take them at Pioneer Farms here in Austin, Texas. I had never been, but am so glad we went! Pioneer farms is a living museum and they offer lots of classes and ways to become involved. I had a great time exploring the buildings and homes they had onsite. It’s a wonderful location for photography and I hope to go back soon!
Th Horton family of three is becoming a party of four! Sweet baby Sloane was born during the onset of summer in 2020. Little miss Amelia got her wish and she’s now a big sister! Congratulations to the Horton family!
How I met the Horton’s
We met this sweet family through the preschool Dexi started at after our move to Austin. It was so scary moving to the city after living in a small town for my whole life, but meeting other parents really helped ease the transition. My only wish was I hadn’t waited as long as I did to get to know other parents in Dexi’s class. Of course we don’t get to spend as much time together anymore with differing school choices, the pandemic, and babies, but hopefully some of that will get better with time.
